Synopsis
The world of the Psy and the changelings is at a turning point after the Trinity Accord, an alliance meant to unite rival groups. Long-standing mistrust threatens to tear it apart as members compete for control. Meanwhile, a kidnapped woman's plea for help reaches San Francisco, and a criminal group called the Consortium targets a child who is both Psy and changeling, a child who stands for hope and change. Characters from across the series must set aside old divisions and rely on one another to find the missing and protect the vulnerable, while suspecting that traitors may be among them.
