Notes
- A novelization tie-in to the Baldur's Gate video games, distinct from the tabletop-era continuity followed by most other Forgotten Realms novel series.
- From the series record (Baldur's Gate (novelizations)): A 3-book series of video-game novelizations tying into the Baldur's Gate CRPGs (Philip Athans for the first two, Drew Karpyshyn for the third), distinct from the tabletop-continuity novel lines that make up most of the rest of the Forgotten Realms catalogue.

Publication order and internal chronology are tracked as two separate orderings and are never conflated: a book's place in one says nothing about its place in the other.
