Synopsis
Caçadores de Bruxas opens the tale of the world of Nova Ether, a realm once protected by powerful warrior-fae avatars until some of them turned against humanity, plunging the world into a dark Ancient Era. Decades after the legendary Witch Hunt led by the miller's son Primo Branford ended that age, Branford now rules as King of Arzallum, and strange, unsettling events begin to disturb the peace he has enjoyed for twenty years. A young girl marked by childhood trauma witnesses her grandmother attacked by a magically cursed wolf, while two siblings find themselves falling under the influence of an ancient, cannibalistic witch operating within the kingdom. At sea, the ship of a notorious mercenary long thought dead reappears under a dangerous new commander, setting off a struggle within the criminal underworld that threatens to expose secrets buried deep within the royal family itself.
