Synopsis
Rachel Adams has been kidnapped by enemy forces and taken to Rowansmark, while Logan McEntire is imprisoned in Lankenshire. Cut off from each other and from their allies in Baalboden, both set out to destroy the Commander and the technology that controls the deadly Cursed One. Rachel relies on her hard-won strength and, after learning a shocking secret, plans to bring Rowansmark down from the inside. Logan needs allies and must work with Commander Chase, a man he despises, to stop Rowansmark's bid for power and to rescue Rachel. As their enemies close in, fragile alliances are tested.
