Synopsis
While conducting an investigation on the Olympic Peninsula, Harper Blaine sees a ghostly car accident and finds a victim who insists that he was murdered, and who blames the nearby picturesque community of Sunset Lakes. Looking into the town and its residents, Harper soon learns that a terrible power lies beneath its icy waters, and that some of her new neighbours will do anything to control it, whatever the cost to the living or the dead.
