Synopsis
Faebound follows Yeeran and Lettle, elven sisters whose lives are upended when they encounter the fae, a people long thought to be extinct or legendary. Yeeran serves as a colonel in her tribe's regiment, fighting over territory containing a valuable magical resource, while her younger sister Lettle is a diviner in training who offers Yeeran an optimistic reading of her prospects before a mission -- one of the last peaceful moments the sisters share before fate intervenes. Captured and taken prisoner by the fae, Yeeran and Lettle find themselves thrust into an unfamiliar world among enemies who initially want them dead, forcing both sisters to navigate captivity, uncover uncomfortable truths about their own people, and reassess the beliefs and prophecies that had shaped their lives up to that point.
