Synopsis

The fifth and final episode of The Children of D'Hara, Terry Goodkind's serial novel continuing the story of Richard Rahl and Kahlan Amnell and their unborn children after the end of the Sword of Truth. The insatiable hunger of the Golden Goddess, the irresistible power of a Witch's Oath, a fracture in the world of life and an opening in the world of death bring Richard and Kahlan to face the perfect storm, in the apocalyptic conclusion of the threat begun in The Scribbly Man. The five episodes were later published together as a single novel, The Children of D'Hara.
