Synopsis
The evil corporation Nightrise has amassed an immense amount of power, and the devastating force of the Old Ones is about to be unleashed around the globe. The media storm around the disappearance of Scarlett Adams, a London schoolgirl taken to Hong Kong by her father, who works for Nightrise, tells Matt Freeman that she is the fifth and last Gatekeeper. Matt, Jamie and Richard follow her to Hong Kong, a city that the Old Ones mean to turn into a necropolis, a city of the dead, and must find a way into it before a typhoon strikes. The fourth book of The Power of Five, in which the five are finally united.
