Synopsis
Pack of Strays is the second novel in Dana Cameron's Fangborn series. Archaeologist Zoe Miller has recently learned that she is Fangborn, a member of a secretive group of werewolves, vampires and oracles. She must stop a politician who intends to expose the Fangborn and thwart the Order of Nicomedia, which wants her kind eradicated. Her growing abilities and her visions also draw her to distant places in search of more artifacts. The book was published in April 2014 and is an urban fantasy that combines archaeology with a hidden supernatural society. It runs to roughly 334 pages and sits between the series' earlier short story and its later novel Hellbender.
