Synopsis
Nicholas Graydon, a wealthy American adventurer, travels into the Andes of South America with three rough companions in search of a lost Inca treasure. In a hidden valley they find the treasure, along with a young woman named Suarra and her mysterious protector, and in a dark cavern they find an enormous face carved into the rock above an abyss. The face is said to mark the prison of Nimir, the Lord of Evil. While Graydon's companions are ruled by greed, Graydon is drawn to Suarra, who serves the Snake Mother of the lost city of Yu-Atlanchi, and he must decide what he owes to the strange people of the valley and to the creature beneath the face.
