Synopsis
This Dragonlance novel follows the Hylar dwarves of Thorbardin as they defend their fortress city against multiple enemy clans during the Chaos War. With their strongest army away fighting the Knights of Takhisis, the Hylar face an onslaught from rival dark dwarf factions as forces of Chaos also join the battle.
