Synopsis
Hunter Hawk is a wealthy, reclusive scientist whose laboratory experiment succeeds in an unexpected way: it can turn living creatures to stone and bring stone back to life. After an explosion his greedy relatives assume he is dead and begin to discuss their inheritance, while he secretly listens from the rafters. With the help of his niece Daphne, he confirms that his process works and uses it on the relatives. He then goes on a drinking binge in the countryside, where he meets a leprechaun and the leprechaun's daughter Meg, and the new companions find that the gift can be used on far more than relatives.
