Synopsis
The twenty-second and final Redwall novel by Brian Jacques follows Skor Axehound, a sea otter, and Rake Nightfur, a brown hare, as they set aside old differences between their peoples to face a common enemy. The wearat Razzid Wearat sets sail with his crew toward Redwall Abbey, intent on plundering the community he sees as an easy target, and the conflict plays out both at sea and on land as he advances. Skor and Rake work to unite the otters, hares of the Long Patrol, and their allied Rogue Crew, overcoming old rivalries between the groups in order to intercept Razzid before his raiders can reach the Abbey and put its inhabitants in danger.
