Synopsis
Leah Frothen has come home to Welce after years abroad as a spy for Regent Darien Serlast. She hopes for a quiet life, but the regent soon summons her and asks for one more assignment. Leah opens a shop for foreign visitors and tries to get to know her daughter Mally, whom she left behind five years earlier. When the regent asks her to spy on ambassadors from a visiting nation, she finds that the regent, her lover and her daughter all keep secrets, and some of them could protect the kingdom while breaking her heart.
