Synopsis
Felix Gomez, a vampire and former Iraq War infantryman, works as a private investigator in Los Angeles. The porn star Katz Meow hires him to look into the murder of her friend Roxy Bronze, who also performed in the adult video industry. The case expands into a dangerous web involving producers, corrupt politicians, fake evangelists and secret societies. In California's San Fernando Valley he uncovers a vampire film producer and a vampire hierarchy that polices contact between humans and vampires, and he works alongside a low-rent vampire named Coyote. It is the second Felix Gomez novel, a vampire private-investigator story published by Rayo in 2007.
