Overview

Tobias Druitt is the pen name of a mother and son writing team, Diane Purkiss and Michael Dowling. Their Corydon trilogy (2005-2007) retells Greek myth through the eyes of a shepherd boy with a goat's foot, who is rejected by his village and shown as a monster in a travelling show. The first book, Corydon and the Island of Monsters, follows him as he joins a band of mythical creatures and defends their island from heroes. The second, Corydon and the Fall of Atlantis, takes him to Atlantis, and the third, Corydon and the Siege of Troy, takes the story to Troy.
