Overview
Kingdom Keepers is a series of Disney-themed fantasy novels by Ridley Pearson. It began in 2005 with Disney After Dark. Five teenagers, Finn Whitman, Philby, Charlene, Maybeck and Willa, are filmed as holographic hosts at Walt Disney World. At night their holograms move through the parks, where they fight the Overtakers, a group of Disney villains led by Maleficent. The original seven books end with The Insider in 2014. The Return trilogy, published 2015 to 2017, sends the Keepers to Disneyland in 1955. The Inheritance trilogy, 2023 to 2025, follows the Keepers' children in a near-future Epcot. Disney Hyperion is the publisher.
