Overview
Tales from the Chocolate Heart is a middle grade fantasy series by Stephanie Burgis, published by Bloomsbury from 2017. It is set in a world of dragons, fairies and human cities where chocolate houses are central. In The Dragon with a Chocolate Heart, the young dragon Aventurine is turned into a human and discovers chocolate. The Girl with the Dragon Heart follows Silke, a waitress at the Chocolate Heart, who is asked to spy on royal visitors from the fairy land of Elfenwald. The Princess Who Flew with Dragons follows Princess Sofia of Drachenburg and the dragon Jasper. Three novels are joined by several shorter stories.
