Synopsis
Two groups race toward the free city of Raiden. Orson's party travels there to search for the Scepter of Domination. Parn's party, beaten at the fire dragon's hunting grounds by the ancient dragon Shooting Star, rides hard for the same city together with King Kashue, who is determined to avenge the defeat. Ashram and his Marmo forces also want the Scepter and intend to deal with the fire dragon themselves. In Raiden the party meets the Thieves' Guild and helps deal with a pirate problem, and the combined groups then head for Fire Dragon Mountain, where the Scepter is lost in the final clash.
