Synopsis

A Manopla de Karasthan, published by Filipe Faria in 2002, opens the ten-volume Crónicas de Allaryia, a Portuguese-language high-fantasy saga set in the original world of Allaryia. The world is enjoying an uneasy calm when Aewyre Thoryn, son of the realm's late king, takes up his father's sword, the Ancalach, and sets out to learn the fate of Aezrel Thoryn, the champion who vanished during a battle against forces of darkness years earlier. Aewyre's search for his father draws together a diverse band of companions, among them a mage, a princess, and a thuragar, who join him as his personal quest exposes him to growing dangers and to creatures determined to seize the legendary sword he carries. As the group's bonds deepen through shared hardship, their journey begins to reveal threats reaching well beyond the fate of one missing champion.

Notes

  • From the series record (Crónicas de Allaryia): A continuous saga of 10 numbered volumes (2002-2026), with a publication gap of almost a decade between the 7th volume (Oblívio, 2011) and the 8th (A Oitava Era, 2020). The Portuguese press reported the saga's conclusion in 2026 ('10th volume after 25 years'). No source indicates any divergence between publication order and internal chronological order.
