Synopsis
A Song of Flight, the third book of the Warrior Bards trilogy, follows two linked threads: Prince Aolu of Dalriada disappears after an encounter with masked attackers and the mysterious Crow Folk, leaving his companion Galen badly wounded, and Swan Island warrior Liobhan takes on the investigation into the abduction, with a personal stake since Galen is her brother. At the same time, her younger brother Brocc attempts a secret approach to the Crow Folk himself, an act that sets off a dangerous incident threatening someone he cares deeply about. As the siblings pursue their separate lines of inquiry, they begin to realize that both are tied to a larger question: what has brought the Crow Folk to the land of Erin, and who intends to use them for power.
