Synopsis

In the series finale, Artemis Fowl and the Last Guardian, Opal Koboi succeeds in opening the long-sealed Berserker's Gate, unleashing ancient fairy warrior spirits that possess people and animals across the world, plunging both the human and fairy realms into an apocalyptic conflict. Artemis and his allies, including Holly Short and Butler, must find a way to close the gate and contain the possessed forces before the destruction spreads beyond control, drawing on knowledge and alliances built across the entire series. As the culmination of Artemis's long history with fairy magic and Opal's repeated schemes, the crisis forces every major character to commit fully to stopping a threat unlike anything they have faced before.
