Synopsis
Chaosbound follows Borenson and Myrrima as they return from their mission working to bind the merged worlds back into stability, only to find tragedy waiting close to home that draws them back into the series' unfolding magical conflict rather than allowing them the rest they had hoped for. As the consequences of the earlier merging of worlds continue to ripple outward, old threats intertwine with new losses, forcing Borenson, Myrrima, and the wider cast built up across the Runelords series to confront both grief and the unfinished business of Fallion's crisis. The novel closes out the main sequence of the series, bringing together threads from the endowment magic, the Reaver wars, and the worldbinding catastrophe that has defined its later volumes.
