Synopsis
Published in 2021, this fourth entry continues the story of the original trilogy of El Ciclo de la Luna Roja. The author has described it as a functional sequel rather than a straightforward continuation, and it takes the form of a set of shorter interconnected pieces rather than a single unbroken narrative. These pieces move between the past and present of the kingdom of Rocavarancolia, revisiting its history and the lives of the young survivors and other figures from the earlier books after the events of the trilogy, filling in gaps and consequences left open by the previous volumes rather than beginning a new central quest of its own.
