Synopsis
MacKayla Lane is a young woman from Georgia whose life changes when her sister Alina is murdered in Dublin. A cryptic message Alina left on Mac's phone sends her to Ireland to find the killer. There she learns that the Fae, an ancient and dangerous race, live hidden among humans, and that Mac has a rare gift that lets her see through their disguises. A secretive, unnerving man named Jericho Barrons shadows her steps, while a powerful Fae called V'lane pursues her for his own reasons. Her search leads toward the Sinsar Dubh, a dark book of immense magic that could give whoever holds it control over both the human and Fae worlds. Mac must decide whom to trust while the trail grows more dangerous.
