Synopsis
Paris, 1872. The mutilated body of a prostitute is found in a dark alley, marking the start of a series of murders with esoteric overtones. The investigator, Inspector Ragon, is an atypical detective marked by his past and with an imposing physique, and his main tool is his intelligence and wide literary culture. The novel blends the serial novels of the 19th century with the codes of modern television series, in a steampunk Paris that offers a take on the Mysteries of Paris genre.
