Synopsis
Finale concludes the Caraval trilogy in the aftermath of the events of Legendary, as Legend now holds control of the throne and the magical game that has shaped both Dragna sisters' lives. Tella must confront a devastating revelation about the boy she loves and decide whether her trust belongs with Legend or with a former adversary, while Scarlett uncovers information that upends her understanding of her own life and sets her on an apparently impossible task of her own. Legend, meanwhile, faces a choice that will determine what kind of ruler, and what kind of man, he ultimately becomes. With this final round of Caraval underway, the story is framed as a game with no bystanders, only those who win and those who lose everything, as each of the principal characters is pushed to confront their deepest fears in order to decide what future they are willing to fight for.
