Synopsis

Some years after their exile, the legendary hero Darak and his wife Griane have founded a tribe of their own and raised four children. A rebel force led by their daughter wants Darak to join its cause. The greater threat, however, comes from their youngest son, Rigat, whose true father is the Trickster God. As the rebellion gathers strength and the child's nature becomes harder to ignore, the family is drawn into a confrontation that will decide the fate of the tribe they built. This final volume brings together the people and spirits of the earlier books.
