Synopsis
In this second volume of the Dwarven Nations trilogy, the fortress of Thorbardin faces dual threats: encroaching human forces from Ergoth, and a mysterious fog-beast controlled by a covetous wizard. The dwarves must contend with magical opposition and mercenary armies, aided by unusual allies including a kender and a giant raptor.
