Synopsis
Eve Levine, a half-demon witch, is dead and stuck in the afterlife, three years after she last saw her daughter Savannah, who is being raised by Paige Winterbourne and Lucas Cortez. Eve longs to reach her daughter, but the Fates call in an old debt: she must capture the Nix, a demi-demon that escaped from hell and can feed the darkest desires of people until they commit murder. Reluctant to leave Savannah unprotected, Eve accepts the task. She works with Kristof Nast and the angel Trsiel to research the creature, whose trail of chaos stretches back centuries.
