Overview

Women of the Otherworld is a shared fantasy world created by Canadian author Kelley Armstrong. Its werewolves, witches, necromancers, sorcerers, half-demons and vampires live hidden among ordinary people in modern North America. The thirteen adult novels, from Bitten (2001) to Thirteen (2012), centre on the women of this supernatural community, among them the werewolf Elena Michaels and the witches Paige Winterbourne and Savannah Levine. They are largely episodic, and the characters' lives continue across the books. The young-adult trilogies Darkest Powers (2008-2010) and Darkness Rising (2011-2013), and the young-adult duology Wolf's Bane and Wolf's Curse (2019-2020), share the same world. Novellas and story collections are not counted.
