Synopsis
Michael Glass is a vampire and a musician, and he gets a chance at a real career when a well-connected producer asks him to record a demo and play live dates. To take it, he has to leave Morganville and enter the human world, where vampires are not welcome. He travels with an undead escort that includes the enforcer Oliver, and his human friends Eve, Claire and Shane come along. The trip turns dangerous when they run into humans who hate vampires, and then into a violent group of traveling vampires who are looking to feast on human blood. Away from the town's rules, the friends find that the road holds new threats.
