Synopsis
On the two-sunned world of Ranadon, second son Dirk Provin rescues a shipwrecked stranger who turns out to be Johan Thorn, the exiled king of neighbouring Dhevyn and the most wanted man in the realm. The discovery draws the attention of Antonov, the tyrannical Lion of Senet, and the powerful priestess Belegren, and as Dirk works as an apprentice physician he slowly realises he is caught inside a web of lies built around him and the world's official astronomical faith.
