Synopsis
Some time has passed since a group of teenagers were pulled from Earth to the ruined fantasy city of Rocavarancolia. The survivors have grown older and, though most still cannot control the magical gifts they were promised, they keep exploring the crumbling city in search of answers about why they were brought there and what fate awaits them when the Red Moon returns. Their fragile stability is threatened when Hurza Comeojos, a long-dead founder of the city, is resurrected and begins working his way into the ruling Council in pursuit of power. At the same time, members of that same Council start intervening on the youths' behalf in ways forbidden by their own ancient laws, drawing the survivors deeper into a conspiracy whose full shape they do not yet understand as the Red Moon draws closer.
