Synopsis

Mirrored Heavens, the concluding volume of the Between Earth and Sky trilogy, follows three intertwined storylines as the world of Meridian moves toward a final reckoning. Serapio, now established as the Carrion King, faces conspiracies among the ruling clan matrons of Tova even as he wrestles with a dire prophecy from the Coyote God that threatens doom if its demands go unmet. Xiala is thrust back among her own people as war reaches the island of Teek, finding herself looked to as a last hope even as her connection to the sea and her own confidence begin to falter. Meanwhile Naranpa, avatar of the Sun God, searches for visions that might save Tova from destruction while sensing that another divine presence has begun to stalk her. The novel follows these three toward a convergence of ancient gods, mortal avatars, and a city caught between them.
