Synopsis
The third book in The Bound and the Broken series follows multiple characters across the continent of Epheria in the aftermath of Kingspass's fall, another major setback in the war against the northern empire. Calen Bryer continues to battle his own inner demons as he grows into his magical abilities, while Ella grapples with a mysterious power awakening within her that neither she nor those around her fully understand. Meanwhile Alina and Dayne Ateres work to prepare their people for the war against the invading imperial forces, rallying what defenses and allies they can as the empire's campaign presses further into Epheria. The book follows these separated threads as each character's private struggle becomes entangled with the wider war closing in around them.
