Synopsis
The first volume of the Die Könige series follows the Orks saga and opens a new era in the world of Erdwelt. The dwarf king Winmar has subdued the realms of the orcs and humans with deadly creations of his own making, and orcs and humans now fight the dwarves. The human heir Dag, blinded and separated from his beloved Aryanwen, hides in the forests from Winmar's hunters. Fate has special tasks in store for him and for the last orc heroes, who prepare to resist the dwarven rule.
