Synopsis

Joanne Walker has two choices: defeat the Master, the oldest enduring evil in the world, or lose her soul in the attempt. She has been fighting him for more than a year, and the struggle has already cost her family and friendships. Now the Master brings the final battle to Seattle, the city she has sworn to protect. People die as the conflict spreads, and Joanne is forced to give up much of what she has left. As the fight goes on her full shamanic abilities emerge, and she becomes both warrior and healer. The outcome of the fight will decide what becomes of her, of Seattle, and of everyone close to her.
