Synopsis
The final volume of the Die Könige series heads into the last battle for Erdwelt. Daghan of Ansun and Bertin Dwarvenhammer lead the army of the Five Thousand to take the ancient royal city of Tirgaslan and reclaim the throne. Meanwhile a force of Kaldron, orcs and shadow dragons advances on Gorta Ruun, and an enemy hiding in another's body kidnaps the little princess Alannah. The orcs Balbok and Rammar set out after her. Orcs, elves, dwarves and humans stand against the Dark King.

- Internal chronology, within Erdwelt: position 9 of 14: previous Die Zauberer – Das dunkle Feuer (2010) · next Die Herrschaft der Orks (2013)
