Synopsis
The fifth installment of the Bone Season series follows Paige Mahoney after she awakens with no memory of six months, finding herself mysteriously outside Scion's borders in the free world with her dreamscape altered and her abilities compromised. She reconnects with resistance fighters and travels to Italy to rejoin the Domino Programme, an intelligence network opposing Scion, as the regime's threat to the clairvoyant community spreads across the continent, with Norway already fallen and Italy under pressure. Paige investigates how Scion manipulates free-world leaders even as she searches for Arcturus and weighs how much to reveal about the Rephaite immortals and their true connection to Scion's founding.
