Synopsis
Lil and Verne believe they have defeated the dark forces threatening Whitby, but the powers they have been meddling with now turn against them. Lil, who helped save her home, finds that the townspeople have grown wary of her. Then she discovers an antique box of watercolour paints, and each time she uses it something dangerous escapes. While she and Verne are distracted, an old enemy finds a way back to them. Meanwhile Verne and the witch Cherry Cerise are busy investigating the golden Nimius.
