Synopsis
The concluding novel of Thomas M. Reid's Scions of Arrabar trilogy, which explores the political intrigue of a mercenary society in the Forgotten Realms, in a region of the world little explored in earlier novels. It brings to an end the story of the siblings Vambran and Emriana and of their family's struggles in Arrabar, a nation of mercenaries at odds with its neighbours and at war with itself, whose scions are heirs to a legacy of blood and steel.
