Synopsis

The Gate of Gods concludes The Fall of Ile-Rien trilogy as the Gardier invasion closes in on the magical city of Lodun, one of the last strongholds capable of resisting the enemy's advance. Tremaine Valiarde and the small band of companions who have accompanied her since The Wizard Hunters press forward with their desperate mission to save Ile-Rien from total conquest, even as the destruction around them mounts. With conventional options running out, the group discovers a hidden portal that may represent their last real chance at victory, leading them through a mysterious and dangerous ancient ruin guarded by the titular Gate of Gods. The journey exposes them to dangers beyond anything they have previously faced, as the fate of their besieged homeland comes to depend on what they find on the far side of the gate.
