Synopsis
Now that the Dragon Kings no longer rule, Lanith, warlord of Zuu, has started a campaign of conquest. Cabe Bedlam and his friends prepare to fight him, but they learn too late that the real enemy is a sadistic manipulator from beyond the realm who wants to tear it apart. Cabe's son, Aurim, becomes this creature's most powerful slave. The only apparent hope lies with the shadowy Darkhorse, who must overcome his fear and join forces with an enigmatic sorceress whose existence should not be possible.
