Synopsis
Soren and Gylfie, now joined by the great grey owl Twilight, the burrowing owl Digger and Soren's old nest-maid, the blind snake Mrs. Plithiver, fly in search of the Great Ga'Hoole Tree, an island home of owls said to rise each night to perform noble deeds. Arriving after a perilous flight, the band begin training in the Tree's chaws, and Soren finds a gruff but brilliant mentor in the old owl Ezylryb.
