Synopsis
Julian, the long-lost son of Queen Faris and King Jehan, has returned to claim Westria, but he must first recover the four lost Jewels of Power to prove his right to rule. Caolin, the sorcerer behind the magical disaster that destroyed Julian's parents, is still alive and wants him dead. This time Julian must make peace with the Powers of Water and face Caolin's daughter Ardra and her navy. Somewhere beneath the waves lies the Sea Star, a hidden Jewel that can serve either good or evil, and whoever finds it will decide the course of the struggle.
