Synopsis
Westria has been without a ruling king for a generation. The traitor Caolin, who nearly destroyed the kingdom, returns on Red Mountain as the Wolfmaster, more powerful than before. The Jewels of Power that could stop him are lost. The realm's only hope is Julian, the lost son of King Jehan and Queen Faris, who is untrained and whose claim to the throne is disputed. Julian, his uncle Silverhair the Wanderer and the Regent's children, Frederic and Rana, must win the support of Westria's mystical guardians and seek the first Jewel, the Earthstone, while evading Caolin's sorcery and his assassins.
