Synopsis
Zane Obispo has been looking forward to his training at the Shaman Institute for Higher Order Magic, not least because it means seeing his best friend Brooks again. But when he tracks down the last of the godborn kids on his list, he finds that the one he was looking for is actually a pair of twins, trying to keep a mysterious object out of the wrong hands. After a shocking betrayal, Zane arrives at the institute sooner than expected, only to learn that the Maya gods have gone missing: the bat god Camazotz and Ixkik’, known as Blood Moon, have taken them out of action, and the godborns are next. The final book of the trilogy sends Zane and his friends on their most dangerous mission yet, one that involves travelling more than thirty years into the past and could, with a single mistake, change history.
