Synopsis
Presented as a manuscript written by a madman, censored and annotated by hostile editors, this novel is set earlier than the Argan books on the tropical island of Untunchilamon, a possession of the mainland power Yestron. It does not cover the war on Argan. It is the first book to describe the Nexus and how the planet was cut off from it, leading to the Age of Darkness.
