Synopsis
Twelve-year-old Sarah Jane Lyon-White enrolls at a London boarding school catering to children with unusual, sometimes dangerous magical gifts, where the staff work to train and protect students whose abilities set them apart. When Sarah's true power as a spirit medium begins to fully manifest, it attracts the attention of a formidable and malevolent Elemental Master operating in London's occult underworld, putting her and the school in danger. Sarah's mentor, aware the threat exceeds what the school alone can handle, is forced to seek help from a powerful figure from her own past. As the threat closes in, Sarah must learn to control her mediumship quickly, even as the adults around her navigate old history and uneasy alliances to keep her safe.
